When ironing, use a low-temperature setting and cover the embroidery with a pressing cloth or press from the backside. Floriani thread is washable or dry cleanable. Use caution when using a washer and dryer so as not to expose your stitches to open zippers or buttons, as this may cause a snag. Use a mild detergent and never leave embroidered articles soaking in water or a pile of wet garments.
